An Academy Program may include specific eligible Labs. Those included Labs do not require a second Labs subscription charge during the active Program entitlement. Direct Labs plans, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, tax, and invoices remain with Chatoner AI Labs.
A confirmed Academy offer or organization proposal must state whether eligible Labs are included, the verified scope, access period, prerequisites, usage conditions, academic context, and exclusions. No extra Class or Labs entitlement is implied unless it is stated.
